Mutlu Battery is fully committed to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all its employees, contractors and visitors who use its premises in order to prevent injury and ill health, in accordance with the Health and Safety Law and its associated regulations.

Mutlu Battery has established its “0 Tolerance” initiative which is about rules and procedures that are designed to fulfil this commitment. It is a call to action which empowers each employee to take time to do their work safely and to stop any unsafe acts or work.

Mutlu Battery aims to encourage a positive health and safety culture. To ensure this, occupational health and safety is actively promoted throughout the organisation through the provision of information, training, instruction and supervision. 

In order to deliver these responsibilities, Mutlu Battery undertakes to:

• Comply with both National and International Occupational Health and Safety regulations,
• Provide a healthy and safe workplace both for employees and environment by minimising occupational accident and occupational disease risks with proactive viewpoint,
• Continuously improve occupational health and safety management and performance with the best and most rational approach.
